How we work

You see the work before you commit to the build.

A mockup costs you nothing. An assessment is a small, bounded commitment that decides whether the large one is worth making. Either way, you are looking at the work before the expensive part starts.

The same standard, applied to goods and to systems

It is a method, not a promise.

On merchandiseOn AI and systems
Virtual mockups on candidate products at more than one price point, before anything is committed.
A paid assessment before a build, scoped to answer whether the build is worth doing at all. If it does not find savings worth more than the work, you have your answer.
A pre-production sample approved before a bulk run.
Every claim in the deliverable traced by number to a named source and a research date.
Decoration is done by local decorators, so the work is checked before it ships.
Each finding typed measured, estimated or hypothesis — so you can see which is which.
Every mockup, proof and file is revised until you approve it. No revision limit and no revision charge.
What cannot be evidenced is recorded as absent, rather than filled in.

How a merchandise job runs — counted backward from the in-hand date

Lead time decides what is possible before product does.

01

Requirement

Quantity, budget, audience, and the date goods must be on site.

02

Mockups

Virtual proofs on candidate products, normally at more than one price point. No cost, no commitment.

03

Art & setup

Vectorization and embroidery digitizing as required. Approved artwork is retained for later orders.

04

Production

Typically five to ten business days for domestic decorated goods after art approval. Rush programs available on some lines.

05

Delivery

Counted, kitted where needed, delivered to the venue or the office. One invoice for the project.

Scheduling runs backward from the day goods must be on site, not forward from the day the order is placed. That is why the first question is always a date.

What one point of contact actually means

One vendor, one invoice, one in-hand date.

One vendor

Merchandise, apparel, print and signage handled in one place instead of across three or four separate suppliers.

One invoice

A single purchase order for the project, one point of contact, and one party accountable for the outcome.

One in-hand date

Everything is scheduled against the date the goods have to exist, in your hands.

Next step

Start with a date. Everything else is downstream of it.

Pricing is set on a written quote. Any number discussed before that is a labelled planning estimate. Product imagery shows supplier catalog product and decoration mockups.
